How to track your package on ParcelsApp?
First of all, you should know that on ParcelsApp, a tracking number or postal identification number, or tracking code is assigned to your package. Indeed, when a tracking request for an item is sent to ParcelsApp, it assigns an ID number to that item. This is a combination of numbers and letters, which is sent to you via messaging or postal service. With this alphanumeric tracking number, you can find out where your package is and track it.

Furthermore, when the tracking of the package is requested by the sender, this tracking number consists of 11 to 13 alphanumeric characters. However, if it is requested by the recipient of the package, it consists of 13 alphanumeric characters. So, to track your package, here are the steps to follow.
Find your tracking number
As you may have understood, to track your package, you need to find its tracking number.
If you are the sender of the package, there are two cases to distinguish:
- If you purchased your package at the post office, the tracking number can be found on the proof of purchase or deposit (just below the barcode). This proof is given to you on the day of your shipment at the post office;
- If you made an online purchase, you will find your package number in the confirmation email you received after your order. You can also find it in your account, under the “Your Orders” section.
Moreover, if you are the recipient of the package, the website will provide you with your tracking number when you confirm your order. And remember, if you are the recipient, this number consists of 13 characters.
Create a customer account and track your package
In reality, for effective tracking of your package, you must first have a customer account on ParcelsApp. It is from your account that you can validate your online tracking request and receive a confirmation email, along with the tracking number. This will allow you to have credentials to more easily access your package tracking customer account. To create your account, once on the official ParcelsApp website, you just need to click on “sign up”. You will then fill in some information related to your identity (notably your email and a password).
So, once your order has been placed and you have found your package number, go to your account. Then, in the “Enter tracking number” field, you will enter the package number. After this step, all information regarding each point of your package’s journey will be sent to you (time, last stop, package status, etc.).
